THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? WARNING: This show includes partial nudity, course language, adult themes. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
An outrageous parody of Marvel superheroes, with dance, musical numbers, stunts, and strip acts. The show is packed with references from beloved films like Dirty Dancing, Magic Mike, Flashdance, and The Greatest Showman, packed with references everyone will love.
Deadpool reads the audience a raunchy bedtime story - transforming familiar film scenes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe into comedic & raunchy spectacles, subverting expectations and delivering exciting parodies for an adult audience (15+)

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 135 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes, there are two bars inside the venue offering soda, alcoholic beverages, snacks, and other goodies.
Is there parking available? Yes. If you are going to be driving, we recommend parking at the nearby Portsmouth Square parking garage, which has a special evening rate of only $8 when you park between 5pm and midnight. Parking in Chinatown can be difficult, so we recommend public transit if possible. The Great Star Theater is conveniently located a block from the new Chinatown Muni station, a short walk from Market St's Montgomery St Bart station, and halfway between the financial district and the Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf tourist district.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (based in availability). No special group bookings will be made for this event.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the venue is accessible and offers designated accessible seating. Wheelchair-accessible seats must be booked using the appropriate ticket type and are subject to availability.
Can I access with a pram? No prams or capsules are permitted in the auditorium. Prams and capsules can be parked in the lower foyer and children under two years old held in arms of the guardian. Babes in arms must not occupy a seat or obstruct the view of other patrons.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this event are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
  • If you are a wheelchair user, you can book an "Wheelchair - General Admission" ticket directly from the ticket selector and this automatically includes a companion seat nearby. While the companion seat won’t appear in the ticket selector, it will be arranged close to the wheelchair area on the day of the event—no further action is required on your part. Keep in mind that a proof of needing a carer might be requested onsite.
  • If instead you need assistance but don’t require an accessible seat, please contact us. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket anywhere in the seating map from the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Unfortunately, photos are not allowed at this experience, not even with your mobile phone.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? Admission for 15+, tickets must be purchased by an Adult. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an Adult for the performance.
